Objectives of MAS Faculty Training Workshop:

• Present and discuss the principles of education and evaluation pertinent to training residents in laparoscopic surgery.
• Present and discuss the principles of simulation and the vlidation of training models.
• Present and discuss the issues of multimedia and other materials to be prepared for laparoscopic training.
• Demonstrate and prepare the trainees to perform the skills of the trainers, teach those skills and evaluate those skills.
• Present in the OR tactics for training in the laparoscopic surgical field.
